Ibanez introduced the TMB400TA in 2024, a solid-body electric bass belonging to the Talman Bass series. Crafted in Indonesia, it is part of the standard line. The TBM400TA features a double-cutaway Tamo top and Poplar body bolted to a roasted maple neck with a 20-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with acrylic block position markers. Components include a Passicve Dynamix J and Dynamix P pickup with an Ibanez Custom Electronics 2-band EQ, and a B10 fixed bridge with 19mm string spacing. Die-cast tuning machines and chrome hardware.
