The timber used here is of the highest quality, and delivers a crisp defined tone, suited to a multitude of playing styles.It gives a wide, open tone for strumming, with the treble of the spruce balanced by the low end of the Jumbo body shape. This natural acoustic equalisation, combined with the extra volume of the larger body, also makes the J66 ideal for fingerstyle.
