We Think that this Lakewood M14-CP electro acoustic is part of just about the very best range of instruments available today. This Lakewood range is in our opinion a hidden gem that has yet to be fully appreciated by much of the guitar playing public. This guitar is so highly regarded by our Managing Director that he has just purchased one to use has his main acoustic guitar, so as you can see we really do love this range. Lakewood have managed to hand make unbelievable high quality high performance instruments to compete with many of the bigger brands more mass produced instruments. This really is every bit the hand built instrument. We love the incredibly high attention to detail and the massive natural sounding cedar and mahogany tone. The Lakewood M14CP really is a tone monster. It has a great balance incorporating a clear fundamental tone with plenty of warmth from the cedar top. we love the natural looking mahogany all solid back and sides. This particular version is the electro cut away version and is an extremely popular all round high end instrument. The electronics fitted are very discreet and perform flawlessly when plugged into to any PA or recording device. We love this range and feel that this electro cutaway version offers the best of everything Lakewood has to offer. This Lakewood M14 CP features an Ebony freatboard and bridge and impressive LR Baggs pickup.
